IEEE publishes leading journals, conference proceedings, transactions, letters, and magazines in electrical engineering, computing, biotechnology, telecommunications, power and energy, and dozens of other technologies. IBM, SMPTE, BIAI, and TUP journal articles are also available in IEEE Xplore.

The e-resources provided by the library can be used via Jamk's network by the students, teachers and other staff of Jamk University of Applied Sciences. Remote access off-campus is also possible with Jamk username and password. Other visitors at the library can use most of the e-resources on specific computers reserved for the purpose.
