ERIC, the Education Resource Information Center, provides access to education literature and research. The database provides access to information from journals included in the Current Index of Journals in Education and Resources in Education Index. Content includes journal articles, research reports, curriculum and teaching guides, conference papers, dissertations and theses, and books dating back to 1966.

Right of use and login

The e-resources provided by the library can be used via Jamk's network by the students, teachers and other staff of Jamk University of Applied Sciences. Remote access off-campus is also possible with Jamk username and password. Other visitors at the library can use most of the e-resources on specific computers reserved for the purpose.

Number of simultaneous users is not limited.

Printing and copying

Some parts of material can be printed and/or saved.  

Reading and downloading

Material can be read directly online from browser. You can set up a personal account in EBSCOhost. You will be able to save search results, persistent links to searches, search alerts, journal alerts, and web pages to your personal MyEBSCO folder.

Mobile use

Database can be used mobile with internet connection and browser.
